How do you block Meta and Yandex tracking on Android?
Incognito mode is not enough: Meta Pixel and Yandex Metrica scripts talk to apps on your phone to identify you.

Step by step
Install an alternative browser
Download Brave or DuckDuckGo from the Play Store. The problem comes from how Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers handle access to local ports; these two browsers block that communication outright.
Change your default browser
Go to Settings > Apps > Default apps > Browser app and pick the new browser. That way links you open from WhatsApp or email do not land in Chrome either.
Uninstall Yandex apps
In Settings > Apps, find every Yandex app such as Yandex Start, Yandex Navigator, Yandex Mail and Yandex Go, then tap Uninstall. The Yandex Metrica script has been active since 2017 and sits on roughly 3 million sites, so this is where the real risk is right now.
Move Facebook and Instagram to the browser
Remove the apps and use facebook.com and instagram.com in your browser instead. To add a home screen shortcut, pick Add to Home screen from the browser menu. This closes the app-to-browser bridge completely.
Tighten permissions if you keep the apps
Open Settings > Apps > Facebook (or Instagram) > Permissions and turn off location, microphone and nearby devices. This alone does not stop the tracking method, but it reduces how much data gets collected.
Reset your advertising ID
Go to Settings > Google > All services > Ads and tap Delete advertising ID. That breaks the ad matches built during older sessions and makes rebuilding a profile harder.

Watch out
Using incognito tabs, deleting cookies or signing out of Facebook does not stop this tracking. The most common mistake is assuming those steps are enough. Data flows directly between the script on the site and the app on your phone, so browser cleanup does not touch that bridge.
