How to clean burnt-on grease off oven glass without removing it?

Empty the oven and protect the floor
Take out the trays, racks and any crumbs sitting on the oven floor. Lay an old towel in front of the oven so drips of paste and grime do not leave grease marks on wood or tile. Put your gloves on now, since baking soda paste dries out your hands.
Soften the grease with steam
Pour 500 ml water and 100 ml white vinegar into a deep heatproof dish and set it on the lowest rack. Set the oven to "Top and Bottom Heat" (or "Fan Assisted Top and Bottom" on fan models) at 120 °C and run it for 20 minutes. Switch the oven off and unplug it; the steam loosens the bottom layer of the burnt grease.
Try the built-in cleaning program
If your control panel offers a "Cleaning" or "Steam Cleaning" program (SteamAid on Beko/Arçelik, EcoClean on Bosch/Siemens, Steam Clean on Samsung), select it and start. These cycles usually run 30 minutes and make hand wiping much easier. Pyrolytic cleaning is fine to use too, but it rarely clears the stain on the inner face of the door glass.
Apply the baking soda paste

Work the last spots with a razor scraper
Drop a little water on any hard spots that are still holding, then hold a glass ceramic hob scraper almost flat (10-15 degrees) and work in short strokes. Never hold the blade upright and never work on dry glass. Do this only on the flat glass surface, staying clear of silicone and seal edges.
Rinse with vinegar water and polish
Add 2 tablespoons white vinegar to 1 cup of water, soak a microfiber cloth and wipe the glass; the vinegar dissolves baking soda residue. Follow with a clean damp cloth, then dry with a dry microfiber for a streak-free finish. Leftover baking soda dust bakes into white marks the next time you cook.
Clean between the two panes without disassembly
Check the 5-8 mm ventilation gap along the bottom edge of the door. If there is one, straighten a wire coat hanger, wrap a damp microfiber around the tip and slide it through to wipe between the panes. Tie the cloth on firmly so it cannot come off inside. With no gap, marks between the panes need a service technician.
