Sign in to MHRS
Open mhrs.gov.tr or the MHRS mobile app, tap "Giriş Yap" (Sign In) and choose "e-Devlet ile Giriş" (Sign in with e-Devlet). Complete identity verification with your e-Devlet password, mobile signature or internet banking so the booking is tied to your record.
Create the family medicine appointment
On the home screen open "Randevu Al" (Book Appointment) and switch to the "Aile Hekimliği Randevusu" tab. The system shows the family health centre and physician you are registered with; pick an available time and finish with "Randevuyu Onayla" (Confirm Appointment). The confirmation appears under "Randevularım" (My Appointments).
Use the phone route if needed
Without internet access, call the ALO 182 MHRS call centre and create the same appointment through the voice menu. You can also call your family health centre directly to ask for a suitable vaccination time. Some centres accept walk-ins for vaccination, so call to confirm.
Arrive prepared
Bring your ID document, a list of your medications and any earlier vaccination records. Tell the doctor before the injection if you have a fever, an active infection or a history of severe allergy. After the assessment the shot is given at the family health centre.
Check the record on e-Nabız
Afterwards, open the "Aşılarım" (My Vaccinations) section on enabiz.gov.tr or in the e-Nabız app and confirm the entry was logged. If it is missing, go back to the family health centre that gave the shot and ask them to enter it. The record makes it easier to track your history in later seasons.
