How do I check my SGK service record and premium day count?
How to view your SGK registration and service record on e-Devlet and download your premium day count as a barcoded document.
Short answer
Sign in at turkiye.gov.tr with your e-Devlet password, search for "4A Tescil ve Hizmet Dokumu" and open the service. Select "Tum calismalarimi iceren belge" as the document type and run the query; your service record and total premium day count appear on screen. Use "Barkodlu Belge Olustur" to download it as a PDF. If you have no password, collect one from a PTT branch.

Step by step
Sign in to e-Devlet
Open turkiye.gov.tr and press the "Giris Yap" button at the top right. Under the "e-Devlet Sifresi" tab, enter your ID number and password; mobile signature, e-signature, ID card, and internet banking options are on the same screen. If you have no password, take your ID card to a PTT branch and collect one.
Find the right service
Type "hizmet dokumu" in the search box at the top. Depending on your insurance type, tap "4A Tescil ve Hizmet Dokumu" (former SSK, employees), "4B Tescil ve Hizmet Dokumu" (Bag-Kur, self-employed and farmers), or "4C Hizmet Dokumu" (civil servants). If you are unsure, start with 4A and try another if no record is found.
Choose the document type and query
On the page that opens, select "Tum calismalarimi iceren belge" from the "Belge Turu" list; alternatives such as termination, service borrowing, or last workplace only are also listed there. Press "Sorgula" and the workplace names, insurance start and exit records, and premium day counts appear in a table.
Read the premium days and start date
The "Toplam Prim Odeme Gun Sayisi" figure in the bottom row is the number used for pension and service borrowing calculations. Your first insurance registration date appears in the registration details at the top of the page. Missing-day codes and reasons for leaving are also shown per period, so compare them workplace by workplace.
Download the barcoded document
Press "Barkodlu Belge Olustur" at the bottom of the page to get the PDF version of the record. The barcode lets a bank, employer, or court verify that the document is genuine; a screenshot does not carry the same validity. Save the file to your phone or computer.
Report missing or wrong records
If a workplace you know you worked at is missing, or the day count is lower than expected, you can file an "SGK Hizmet Tespiti" or CIMER application through e-Devlet, or call ALO 170. Gather your payslips, contract, and bank records and submit a written petition to your Social Security Provincial Directorate or Social Security Centre.
Check it from the mobile app too
In the e-Devlet Kapisi mobile app you can open the same record from the "Hizmetlerim" section. It is handy for a quick look, but use the barcoded PDF for anything you submit to an official body. Setting up face or fingerprint recognition in the app saves you entering the password each time.
Tips
Watch out
Do not decide on your own whether your premium day count is enough for retirement based on the number in the record. Pension conditions depend on your insurance start date and insurance type, and only SGK makes the final calculation. Also avoid third-party sites that charge for "SGK sorgulama"; e-Devlet is the only official channel.

+I have no e-Devlet password, how do I get my service record?
Take your ID card to a PTT branch and collect an e-Devlet password envelope. You can also log in with internet banking, mobile signature, or your chip ID card, or request the document in person at an SGK centre with your ID.
+What is the difference between the 4A, 4B, and 4C records?
4A covers salaried work for an employer (former SSK), 4B covers self-employed tradespeople and farmers (former Bag-Kur), and 4C covers public officials (former Emekli Sandigi). If you worked under different statuses, download a separate record for each.
+A workplace I worked at is missing from the record, what should I do?
If you believe you were employed without insurance, file a service determination application with SGK. Submit a petition to your Social Security Centre with payslips, bank records, and witness details; if that fails, you can file a service determination case in the labour court.
+Is a screenshot as good as the barcoded document?
No. Institutions verify documents through the barcode and verification code on them, so official procedures require the PDF produced with "Barkodlu Belge Olustur".
+Can I query someone else's service record?
From your own e-Devlet account you can only see your own record. To act on a relative's behalf you need to apply to an SGK office with a notarised power of attorney.
