How do you pay the ID card renewal fee in Turkey?

Book the appointment on e-Devlet
Sign in to turkiye.gov.tr, search for "Nufus Mudurlugu Randevusu" and open the "Randevu Islemleri" service of the Directorate General of Civil Registration and Nationality. Once you select ID card renewal as the transaction type, the system shows the exact fee due, so you never have to guess the amount.
Pay by card on the appointment screen
At the end of the booking flow, enter your debit or credit card details in the "Odeme" section and complete the payment. This is the most practical route because the amount is posted directly to your own ID number and the registry office can see it in the system. Download the on-screen receipt as a PDF once the payment succeeds.
Use Ziraat Bankasi if you prefer paying at a bank
Go to a Ziraat Bankasi branch, tell the teller you want to deposit the ID card valuable-paper fee and give your Turkish ID number. In online or mobile banking, open "Odemeler" and pick the civil registration or valuable-paper item under "Kurum Odemeleri" or "Diger Odemeler".
Consider the tax office or Digital Tax Office
You can pay the fee in person at the counter of your local tax office or finance directorate using your Turkish ID number. To do it online, sign in to the Revenue Administration's Digital Tax Office and follow the duty or valuable-paper payment steps under "Odemeler".
Check the payment is in the right name
Make sure the name, surname and ID number on the receipt belong to the person whose card is being renewed. For a child, the fee must go to the child's ID number, not the parent's. Money posted to the wrong number will not show up at the appointment and the application stalls.
Bring the receipt to your appointment
The clerk will query the payment in the system, but keep a printout or the PDF on your phone with you. If the payment is slow to appear, that document speeds things up. The clerk then takes your fingerprint and signature and sends the card into production for delivery to your address.
Pay at the registry office if you skipped it
Some registry offices have a PTT or bank collection point in the building, so if you arrive without paying, ask the clerk whether you can pay there. Do not treat this as your only plan, because not every office has a collection desk.
