Sign in to e-Devlet
Open turkiye.gov.tr and press Giriş Yap in the top right. Use the e-Devlet Şifresi tab if you already have a password; PTT branches issue one if you don't. Otherwise log in with T.C. Kimlik Kartı, Mobil İmza, e-İmza or İnternet Bankacılığı.
Open the registry extract service
Type Nüfus Kayıt Örneği into the search box at the top and pick the Nüfus Kayıt Örneği Belgesi Sorgulama service run by the Directorate General of Civil Registration. Press the start or Yeni Başvuru button to load the form.
Choose the event-inclusive document type
The form asks which document type or content you want. Instead of the plain extract that only lists identity details, select the vukuatlı option covering events such as marriage, divorce, death and record corrections. The wrong type will be rejected for the purpose you need it for.
Set the coverage and reason
Decide who the document should cover: yourself only, the family record with spouse and children, or the version showing lineage. Then in the Belgenin Veriliş Nedeni field pick the purpose that matches your case, such as court, inheritance, an official institution, or your own request.
Check the details and query
Review the name, surname, parents' names, place of birth and family sequence numbers shown on screen. If anything is missing or wrong, stop and file a correction request with the civil registry office instead of continuing. If it all looks right, press Sorgula or Devam Et.
Download the barcoded document
The result screen shows a preview with a barcode. Use Belgeyi İndir, PDF Olarak Kaydet or the print icon to save the file to your device. You can also reopen it later from the past applications section of the service page.
Let the receiving office verify it
The institution you hand it to checks the barcode or verification code through the Belge Doğrulama service on e-Devlet. If they insist on a wet-signed and stamped copy, request the same document in person from a civil registry office.

A plain population registry extract and the event-inclusive (vukuatlı) one are not the same document. Courts, inheritance cases and land registry transactions ask for the version with event details, and picking the wrong type means your application is treated as incomplete and sent back. Remember the document also contains personal details of your family members, so share it carefully.
