Short answer

Sign in at turkiye.gov.tr with your e-Devlet password, type "Risk Raporu" in the search box and open the report service listed under the Banks Association of Turkey Risk Centre. Approve the disclosure text, generate the report and save it as a PDF. It shows your loans, card limits and balances, late payments, legal follow-up records and cheque history.

What you need

Turkish ID number
e-Devlet password, mobile signature, e-signature, ID card or internet banking login
A phone or computer with internet access
An app that opens PDF files

Step by step

01

Sign in to e-Devlet

Open turkiye.gov.tr in your browser and press "Giriş Yap" at the top right. On the login page pick one of the methods: "e-Devlet Şifresi", "Mobil İmza", "e-İmza", "T.C. Kimlik Kartı" or "İnternet Bankacılığı". Enter your ID number and password to start the session.

02

Find the risk report service

Type "Risk Raporu" in the search box at the top of the page. From the results, choose the report service that lists the Banks Association of Turkey Risk Centre as the providing institution. Tap the star icon on the service page to save it to your favourites for next time.

03

Approve the disclosure text

The service page shows a data processing notice and consent text. The report will not be generated until you read it and tick the approval box. This consent only allows the query to run; it does not share your report with banks.

04

Generate and download the report

Press "Sorgula" or "Rapor Oluştur" and wait while the report is prepared. Once ready it appears on screen, and you can save it as a PDF with "İndir" or "Yazdır". Look for the file in your phone's downloads folder or under "Belgelerim" on e-Devlet.

05

Read the loan and card section

The loan section lists the bank name, loan type, account status, remaining balance and payment status for each loan. The credit card section shows your card limit, the balance in use and any missed minimum payments. Note down any account that does not look like yours.

06

Check late payment, follow-up and cheque records

Overdue payments, accounts under legal follow-up, bounced cheques and protested promissory notes are listed under separate headings. Loans you guaranteed for someone else can also appear here. Banks look at these lines most closely during applications, so read them carefully.

07

Apply to the institution for a wrong record

If a record is not yours, or a closed account still shows as open, contact the reporting bank's customer service first, then submit a written application to the Risk Centre if that goes nowhere. The bank that reported the data holds the correction authority, so going through the bank moves faster.

Tips

Pull the report before you apply for a loan or mortgage; seeing a late payment record beforehand is far easier to handle than during the application.
Confirm that cards you cancelled really show as closed; unused open limits also count in the assessment.
If you have to email the PDF, share it with a password. The report is a direct picture of your financial history.
Whether the service costs anything and how often a free copy is allowed can change, so read the current note on the service page.
Generate a fresh report each time you need one; older PDFs go stale as soon as you make payments.

Watch out

Never enter your ID number or e-Devlet password into links that arrive by SMS or social media promising a risk report. This report is only available through turkiye.gov.tr and the Risk Centre's own channels; fake pages exist to steal your password and act in your name.

Frequently asked questions

+Does pulling my risk report lower my credit score?

Checking your own report does not affect your credit score. What moves the score is the queries banks run on applications and your own payment behaviour.

+How far back do the records in the report go?

The report covers past-period records reported by banks, and retention periods are set by regulation. You can see the period covered in the explanatory note at the top of your own report.

+Can I get a risk report on someone else's behalf?

No. The report is issued only after the person's own identity verification. For power of attorney cases, ask the Risk Centre which documents and channels it accepts.

+A late payment record showed up. Can it be deleted?

If the record is accurate it stays visible until its retention period ends. If it is wrong, apply to the reporting bank for a correction and ask for it to be updated.

+I don't have an e-Devlet password. How do I get one?

Go to a PTT branch with your ID and collect an e-Devlet password envelope. You can also log in with internet banking, a mobile signature or your Turkish ID card.
