How do you set up HES, MHRS and e-Nabiz on one phone?
The order to follow so all three Turkish health apps run on one phone, under one identity, in one folder.

Short answer
Confirm the SIM card is registered in your own name and have your e-Devlet password ready. Install e-Nabiz, MHRS Mobil and Hayat Eve Sigar from Play Store or the App Store. Sign in to each one through "e-Devlet ile Giris", update the phone and email fields on the profile screen, and add the relatives you manage. Finally drag the three icons into one folder and turn notification permissions on.
What you need
Step by step
Check the phone and SIM
The apps send the verification code to the line registered in your name, so confirm the SIM belongs to you. While you are in Settings, finish any pending operating system updates. If the line is registered to someone else, the SMS will never reach you.
Get e-Devlet sign-in ready
"e-Devlet ile Giris" is the simplest route into all three apps. If you do not know your password, renew it at a PTT branch or sign in through your banking app instead. Test the password once in a browser and confirm it works before moving to the apps.
Install e-Nabiz and sign in
Search for "e-Nabiz" in Play Store or the App Store and install the build published by the Ministry of Health. Use "e-Devlet ile Giris" on the login screen, then check that "Saglik Ozetim", "Raporlarim" and "Recetelerim" load. If your records appear, the sign-in is done.
Install MHRS Mobil and update your details
Install "MHRS Mobil" and sign in with e-Devlet, or with your T.C. number and MHRS password. If you have no password, use the "Sifremi Bilmiyorum" link on the login screen. Once inside, update the mobile number and email fields under "Profil", because appointment reminders go there.
Install Hayat Eve Sigar and tour the home screen
Install "Hayat Eve Sigar" and sign in with the same identity. Look through the service cards on the home screen: on-duty pharmacies, nearby health facilities and vaccination records are grouped there. Check inside the app which services are currently offered.
Link your relatives to the profiles
To book for a child or someone in your care, add them under "Yakinlarim" in MHRS. On the e-Nabiz side, use the authorization and relative-tracking settings under "Profilim". That way one phone covers several people's appointments and records.
Turn on notifications and group the icons
In phone Settings, enable notification permissions for all three apps; with them off, appointment reminders and result alerts never arrive. Then drag one icon onto another to create a folder and name it "Health". If an app offers a PIN or fingerprint lock, switch that on too.
Tips
Watch out
Never type your identity number or e-Devlet password into any screen outside the apps, into an SMS reply, or read it out to someone who calls you. Messages sending a link and asking for your password in the name of a health app update are fraud; institutions do not call to ask for passwords. Before selling or handing over the phone, sign out of all three apps and clear their data.
Frequently asked questions
+I have no e-Devlet password. Can I still use these apps?
You can sign in to MHRS with its own password, but e-Nabiz and Hayat Eve Sigar require identity verification. The simplest options are getting an e-Devlet password at a PTT branch or signing in through your banking app.
+Does keeping all three apps on one phone mix up my data?
No. Each app shows its own services, and since the source is the same identity number, the information stays consistent. If you spot a mismatch, verify it with the relevant institution's call center.
+My SIM is in someone else's name and no code arrives. What now?
The apps check the registered number, so the line has to be in your name. Transfer it to yourself at an operator branch, or update your registered number through e-Devlet.
+Appointment reminders are not coming through. Where is the problem?
Check notification permissions in phone Settings first, then the phone and email fields on the MHRS "Profil" screen. If battery saver is restricting the app in the background, notifications can arrive late.
+Can I book my child's appointment from my own phone?
Yes. Add your child under "Yakinlarim" in MHRS, then pick their name in the appointment flow. You also need to set up relative-tracking permissions in e-Nabiz.
